We understand how quickly lockdowns and border closures can occur in the current COVID-19 environment. Our flexible terms and conditions provide you with the following options if government restrictions prevent you from attending Pharmacy Connect:

  1. You can access sessions online (via recordings) – a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total cost of your booking; OR
  2. A full refund will be provided; OR
  3. Registration transfer (at TPGA’s discretion) to another delegate at no cost.
