Pharmacy Connect 2021 Program Launches: Early Bird Closes 30 July
The Pharmacy Guild of Australia today released its program for Pharmacy Connect, a COVID-Safe Event being held on 2-4 September in Sydney.
The exciting program boasts an array of clinical, leadership and business content to support attendees to build better patient relationships and manage their pharmacy business in these rapidly changing times.
Kos Sclavos AM, former Guild National President, said that attendees will experience business and education sessions from speakers including Peter Thurin, Business Mentor, and Kim Brennan AM, Olympic Gold Medallist and Deputy Chef de Mission, Tokyo Olympics.
“We saw almost 5,200 of our friends and colleagues come together safely on the Gold Coast at APP2021 in late May”, said Mr. Sclavos, “We invite you to join us at Pharmacy Connect – the pinnacle event in the second half of the year for pharmacy owners, pharmacy managers and manufacturers.”
“Attendees will enjoy practical and leadership sessions including pathways to ownership, implementing successful professional services, e-health, using digital technology to better connect with patients and making pharmacy business operations more efficient.”
“Attendees will also be able to network with colleagues at the COVID-Safe social program which includes the welcome reception, cocktail party and Women in Pharmacy breakfast.”
“Guild members are also invited to an exclusive member briefing at Pharmacy Connect to hear the latest updates from National President, Trent Twomey and New South Wales Branch President, David Heffernan.
Mr. Sclavos reassured attendees wanting to book that Pharmacy Connect offers a refund guarantee.
“If attendees can’t travel to Pharmacy Connect due to COVID-19 restrictions, they’re either able to get a full refund or transfer their registration to another delegate,” Mr. Sclavos said, “Attendees can make arrangements with the certainty that they will not be out of pocket.”
“Early bird registration – which sees attendees saving $50 off their full registration – closes on 30 July. We’re excited to see you COVID safe and face-to-face in early September.”
